- AI Training — Anonymized and aggregated call data may be used to improve our voice AI models, response accuracy, and conversation handling.
- Caller Notification — Our AI agents identify themselves as AI assistants at the beginning of calls, and callers are informed that calls may be recorded.
You are responsible for complying with applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction, including any requirements for one-party or two-party consent.
